• Notes

In the 1900 census George is enumerated with his uncle Alfred Tuckerman. Since Alfred is widowed it is not clear whether George is nephew of Alfred or his wife. In his declaration of dependents in WWI draft on June 5, 1917, he listes no father, no mother. The death index for New York lists a Harris D. Haskell and a Carrie T. Haskill dying in Cortland county in 1898. Could Carrie T. be Carrie Tuckerman?, mother of George? ____ U.S., Department of Veterans Affairs BIRLS Death File, 1850-2010 Name: George Haskell Birth Date: 5 Mar 1894 Death Date: 13 Dec 1978 SSN: 079034770 Enlistment Date 1: 19 Sep 1918 Release Date 1: 9 Dec 1918
