  Find-a-Grave FRANKLIN D. SIBLEY, LINCOLN - Franklin D. Sibley, 72 died Jan. 29. 1993, at a Togus hospital. He was born in Burlington. Nov. 4, 1920, the son of Alvah Leon and Marenia (Hurd) Sibley. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of VFW Post 7409 of Mattawamkeag. He owned and operated a taxi service in Lincoln for many years. He is survived by three daughters, Donna Hilchey and Barbara Thompson, both of Lewiston, and Roberta Sibley of Lincoln; three brothers, Woodrow of Chester, Alvah II of Burlington and Francis of Scarborough; four sisters, Hortense Farrington of Pittsfield, Carolyn Boyington of Fryeburg, Kathleen Zinkle of Washington State and Shirley Campbell of Calais; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
