Ramona Carter Davis, 81, of Salem, Utah, died peacefully on May 13, 2010 surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 23, 1929 to Willard and Cora Haskel Carter. She grew up in Santaquin, Utah. Ramona married Herbert Lynn Davis in 1946, they later divorced. She spent most of her life in Salem, Utah.
Ramona was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She enjoyed being a member of The Daughters of Utah Pioneers, camping, and was an amazing mother and grandmother. Her loving smile and gentle face will be missed by all.
Ramona is survived by her children, Michael (Jackie) Davis, Stephen (Cheryl) Davis, David (Paula) Davis, Linda (Don) Spence, Dell Davis, Vicky (Dwaine) Beebe, and Boyd (Vera) Davis, 34 grandchildren, 68 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren, two brothers, Blaine (Elaine), and Lynn (Lynnette) Carter., and one sister, LaVerne Finch.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Ernest and Vernon, and sisters, Beulah, Bessie, and Dorothy, daughter-in-law, Jean Davis, great grandsons, Colby DeWitt and Gavin Easter, and great granddaughter, Carissa Easter.
