He is survived by his wife, Maxine, of Payson; four daughters and a son and their spouses: Lonna and Tom Hurst, Wellington, Utah; Debbie and Kellyt Dockstader, Payson; Michael Dean and Victoria Carter, Corona, California; Patty and Cory Jensen; Payson; and Terri and Gordon Christensen of Dallas, Texas; 17 grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters: J.
