  Union-News (Springfield, MA) March 6, 2002 KEENE, N.H. - Susan H. Lefferts, 81, formerly of Springfield, MA, died Saturday at the Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, N.H. Born July 13, 1920, in New York, N.Y., she was the daughter of Esther Holbrook and William E. Haskell, Jr., and was the great-great granddaughter of Daniel B. Wesson of Springfield, MA. She attended and graduated from Springfield Public Schools, and was also a graduate of Wellesley College in Wellesley MA. She had lived for many years in Springfield, as well as Agawam, MA before moving to Keene, N.H. in the spring of 1996 and residing at Langdon Place of Keene. Mrs. Lefferts had been employed by Peat, Marwick, Main &Co. as a tax preparer for many years. She also did volunteer work at the former Wesson Memorial Hospital in Springfield, and was an avid golfer. Survivors include four sons, Marshall Lefferts of Warkworth, New Zealand, Bill Lefferts of N. Grosvenor Dale, CT, Peter Lefferts of Nashville, TN, and Allen Lefferts of Agawam, MA; a daughter, Tina Spicher of Keene, N.H.; two sisters, Mary Bush Sargent of Naples Fla., and Jody Ball of Northampton, MA; eight
