  In Loving Memory of Arthur Andrew Towne Jr. 1926 - 2018 Arthur, 91, passed away peacefully surrounded by family, Saturday 4/14/18. He is predeceased by his parents, Arthur Andrew Towne Sr. and Marie Starner Towne, and a great grandson, Samuel George Towne. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Eleanor R. Towne and sister-in-law, Zoe Delp. He is also survived by his 5 children, Daniel (Donna) Towne, Ann (Jon) Burghardt, Jean (Allen) Adkins, Pamela (Pete) Larocque, and Hollie (Brian) Weiss. Arthur proudly bragged about his 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and soon to be 3 great great grandchildren. In retirement, he spent many years in Florida during the winter and Bristol Hills during the summer. Arthur has been a member of the Towne Family Association for many years. He served as Vice President of publications for the TFA with Eleanor's support. Arthur was an avid reader and enjoyed exercising, especially riding his bike when in Florida.
