BARLOW. Osee A. (Rock) Barlow, 75, of 11 Villa Louisa Road, Manchester, wife of Francis E. Barlow, died Thursday (March 3, 1994) at Rockville General Hospital Hospice Unit. Born in Oklahoma City, Okla., Nov. 4, 1918, she had been a resident of Manchester since 1934. Mrs. Barlow was a member of the South United Methodist Church, and a past officer of the Manchester Square Dance Club. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Alyce J. Barlow and Thomas Bugnacki, and Kathleen A. and Donald Wilby, all of Manchester; four sons and daughters-in-law, David A. and Jean Barlow of Elkton, Md., Malcolm F. and Susan Barlow of Manchester, Thomas R. and Annette Barlow of Manchester, and Daniel C. and Diana Barlow of Bristol ; a brother and sister-in- law, Jack and Elsie Rock of South Bend, Ind.; a sister, Frances Harrington of Marietta, Ga.; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
