Barlow, died Thursday (March 3, 1994) at Rockville General Hospital Hospice Unit. Born in Oklahoma City, Okla., Nov. 4, 1918, she had been a resident of Manchester since 1934. Mrs. Barlow was a member of the South United Methodist Church, and a past officer of the Manchester Square Dance Club. Besides her husband, she is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Alyce J. Barlow and Thomas Bugnacki, and Kathleen A. and Donald Wilby, all of Manchester; four sons and daughters-in-law, David A. and Jean Barlow of Elkton, Md., Malcolm F. and Susan Barlow of Manchester, Thomas R. and Annette Barlow of Manchester, and Daniel C. and Diana Barlow of Bristol ; a brother and sister-in- law, Jack and Elsie Rock of South Bend, Ind.; a sister, Frances Harrington of Marietta, Ga.; 14 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
