  Watertown Daily Times (NY) September 8, 1993 Eileen Evelyn Fralick, 85, Forest, Va., wife of former Brownville mayor Royce T. Fralick, died Sunday morning at her home. Besides her husband, she is survived by a son, Fredric R., Forest; six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Manfred Boudiette, Florida, and John Boudiette, Suffolk, Va., and two sisters, Cornelia Boudiette, Suffolk, and Sally May Wilson, Little River, S.C. A sister, Edith B. Harron, Gouverneur, died previously. She was born Nov. 22, 1907, in Watertown, a daughter of Freeall Henry and Alice Jane Roland Boudiette. She was a graduate of Watertown High School. She married Royce T. Fralick of Brownville in 1927 at Grace Episcopal Church, Utica. Mrs. Fralick was a homemaker. She was also a former president of the Brownville-Glen Park Parent-Teacher Association. Mr. Fralick served many terms as mayor of Brownville until his retirement in 1979. The couple sold their house at 222 Franklin St. that same year and moved to Virginia.
